Personal accident cover for the rider while operating the rented motorcycle. EUR 17/day per rider.
What’s covered
- Medical expenses up to EUR 15,000 (hospitalization, surgery, emergency treatment) for accidents while riding the rental motorcycle.
- 24/7 medical assistance and ambulance dispatch anywhere in Spain and Portugal.
- Compensation for permanent disability or death resulting from a motorcycle accident during the rental period.
- Free choice of clinic up to EUR 3,000; unlimited cover at network providers.
- Repatriation and emergency transport if needed.
What’s not covered
- Pre-existing medical conditions or chronic illness.
- Accidents while riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Accidents while riding without a valid license for the motorcycle category.
- Off-road, racing, or competition riding outside the agreed route.
- Dental work, mental health treatment, or elective procedures.
- Accidents while in violation of traffic law (speeding tickets, illegal overtaking, etc.).
How it works
- Coverage applies per rider, per rental day, for the dates in your reservation.
- Claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the incident.
- Full policy document (in English and Spanish) is provided at pickup.
