Health insurance — coverage summary

Personal accident cover for the rider while operating the rented motorcycle. EUR 17/day per rider.

What’s covered

Medical expenses up to EUR 15,000 (hospitalization, surgery, emergency treatment) for accidents while riding the rental motorcycle.
24/7 medical assistance and ambulance dispatch anywhere in Spain and Portugal.
Compensation for permanent disability or death resulting from a motorcycle accident during the rental period.
Free choice of clinic up to EUR 3,000; unlimited cover at network providers.
Repatriation and emergency transport if needed.

What’s not covered

Pre-existing medical conditions or chronic illness.
Accidents while riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Accidents while riding without a valid license for the motorcycle category.
Off-road, racing, or competition riding outside the agreed route.
Dental work, mental health treatment, or elective procedures.
Accidents while in violation of traffic law (speeding tickets, illegal overtaking, etc.).

How it works

Coverage applies per rider, per rental day, for the dates in your reservation.
Claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the incident.
Full policy document (in English and Spanish) is provided at pickup.
